I just got a new iPad 2 64GB WiFi + 3G model with the special pricing promotion and had to also purchase a data plan. When I tried to sign up for an AT&T data plan and tapped setting > Cellular Data > View Account, I got the error message "Your account type does not support the view account feature (H5006)."

This probably means you are on a postpaid plan. You need to go to an AT&T store and get your POSTPAID Data Plan changed to a Prepaid.
