Google Allows Google Docs Editing Through Your iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

The Internet search giant Google Inc. has made a huge announcement yesterday, and Google Docs users should celebrate as they are now going to edit all their Google Docs files from their iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, as well as Android 2.2 smartphones in real time.

Previously, Google launched the mobile version of Google Docs which allow users to users to view documents in read-only mode. So due to the introduction of Google Docs on the iOs Device, Google will be able to compete effectively with Apple’s uber-popular iWorks suite of apps for iPad as well as other third party applications which includes Quickoffice and Documents to Go.

The Google Docs Mobile Editing will be implemented over the next few days and means that:

  • You can work on that important memo...while on the bus or train to work.
  • If you’re behind on a group proposal, but really want to make it to the ball game tonight, your whole team can work on it from the bleacher seats.
  • You can take minute-by-minute notes at a concert so you’ll always remember the setlist. And your friends can jealously follow in real-time at home.
  • ...and the list goes on!

If you utilize Google Docs all you have to do is visi docs.google.com using iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad using Safari (Android users can use whatever internet browser they have to visit the site) and choose the document that you would like to edit.
